Administrative Support:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, schedules, and documentation.
Prepare contracts, proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and client use.
Coordinate with editorial, creative, and production teams to align project timelines.
Maintain updated databases of clients, leads, and media partners.
Provide administrative support to management and ensure smooth office workflows.
Sales & Client Engagement:
Actively promote the company’s media services, including Ex-Deals, Feature Stories, Advertisements, Promotions & Campaigns, Media Partnerships, PR, and Publications (print and digital).
Prospect, pitch, and close sales opportunities for both advertising and publication placements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service from inquiry to campaign or publication completion.
Collaborate with editorial and digital teams to develop tailored solutions that maximize client visibility.
Monitor media trends and competitor activities to recommend effective advertising and publication strategies.
Meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring both revenue growth and client retention.
Generate accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
1-3 years experience in sales & marketing with a track record is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with sales/project management tools is an advantage.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple accounts/projects.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced media and publishing environment.
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
